Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls


 

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great!)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce (or BBQ sauce for a sweeter twist)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

For Assembly:

  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional garnish)

  • Fresh parsley or chives (for color)

(Optional add-ins: diced bacon, jalapeños, or ranch seasoning!)


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep & Preheat

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Make the Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.

3. Roll & Fill

  1. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

  2. Spoon 2 tbsp filling onto the wide end of each triangle.

  3. Roll up, tucking in the sides to seal.

4. Bake to Golden Bliss

  1. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  2. Brush with melted butter (adds crispiness!).

  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

5. Garnish & Serve!

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh herbs.

  • Serve with extra buffalo sauce or ranch for dipping.
