Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

*Ingredients

°sixteen ounce Italian bread
°butter & garlic powder for bread
°a pound of ground beef
°one pound ground sausage
°six ounces of teenage tomato sauce
°six ounce tomato paste
°one medium onion, diced
°seven ounces of uncooked spaghetti
°half cup parmesan cheese, divided in half
°2/3 c Mozzarella cheese
°a generous tablespoon of Italian seasoning
°a teaspoon of salt + a pinch
°half a tsp of minced garlic
°half a teaspoon ground black pepper

*Instructions

Preheat oven to three hundred and seventy five degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large saucepan, boil the spaghetti until al dente. Remove from heat and drain.
While the pasta cooks, brown the beef and sausages in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion while browning the meat. When browned, drain any excess fat and return to the skillet. Add tomato sauce, paste, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Simmer for five to eight minutes. Add cooked pasta. Mix well again and remove from heat.
While the meat sauce simmers, cut the Italian bread in half using a bread knife. Cut the middle of each half of bread. Remove any remaining bread to create a large indentation in each half. Brush the inside of the hollows and the sides of the halves with butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Grill in the oven.
When the bread is toasted, spoon the prepared spaghetti and meat sauce into the hollow of each half, filling the hollows completely. (You will have spaghetti and meat sauce left over). Top with cheeses - 1 of the divided halves of the cheeses for one loaf and one for the other.
Bake at three hundred and seventy five degrees for fifteen to twenty or until cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven and carefully cut with a bread knife to serve.

Enjoy !!
