Triple Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust



*Ingredients:



For Oreo Crust:



24 Oreo cookies



1/4 c unsalted butter, melted



For  Chocolate Cheesecake Fill



16 oz bittersweet chocolate, chop



2 lb cream cheese, at room temperature



1 1/2 c powder sugar



3 tsp cocoa powder



4 eggs



3/4 c heavy cream



* Methods:



Preheat oven 325°F (160°C).



To making Oreo crust, place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse again until well combined.



Press Oreo mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to press the crust firmly into the pan.
