What you need:

ground beef, 1 pound

- Beat the egg.

"Breadcrumbs" (half a cup)

one-fourth cup of ketchup, with more for garnishing

half a cup of milk

half of a finely chopped onion

A teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and one teaspoon of garlic powder

- Half a teaspoon of salt

—half a teaspoon of black pepper.

instructions:

1. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or oil and set the oven to 375°F, which is 190°C.
