One pound of skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1.5 milligrams of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of powdered onion
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper, half a teaspoon
half a cup of heavy cream
Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Mascarpone cheese, measured in cup measure
Half a cup of cooked pasta, if desired
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
