📋 Ingredients
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut 🥥
½ cup sweetened condensed milk 🥛
2 cups dark chocolate chips 🍫
Instructions
1. Prepare the Coconut Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir until fully coated and sticky enough to hold together.
2. Shape the Bars:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into small rectangular bars (like classic Mounds bars).
Place the bars on the baking sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
3. Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
