    • 1 small onion, grated
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp salt

    For the Mashed Potatoes :

    • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • ½ cup heavy cream (or sour cream)
    • 4 tbsp butter
    • 1 roasted garlic head (or 2 raw cloves, mashed)
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    For the Cheesy Topping :

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan
    • 2 tbsp melted butter (for richness)

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Make the Meatloaf :

      • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) . Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and bake for 45–50 minutes (until internal temp reaches 160°F/71°C ).
    2. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes :

      • Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with cream, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
