Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep the Dough & Filling
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Old Bay, lemon zest, and chives.
2. Assemble the Bread Bombs
Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
Flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
