Slow Cooker Sticky Chicken (4 Ingredients Only!)


 


  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional but recommended!)

(Optional garnish: sesame seeds & green onions)


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Add Everything to the Slow Cooker

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic. Pour over chicken.

2. Cook to Tender Perfection

  • HIGH: 3–4 hours

  • LOW: 6–7 hours

3. Thicken the Sauce (Optional)

  1. Remove chicken and shred or keep whole.

  2. Pour sauce into a saucepan, simmer for 5–10 minutes until thickened.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Drizzle with reduced sauce.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
