Amish Cinnamon Bread

 

 

This Amish Cinnamon Bread is a quick and easy version of Amish Friendship Bread with no yeast or sourdough required. It’s a warm, fuzzy bread cake that exudes comfort, love, and caring. It’s like a big hug baked in a loaf pan .

 

* Ingredients:

 

° 5 cups all-purpose flour

 

° 4 3/4 cup sugar

 

° 3 1/2 cups of milk

 

° 1 cup of vegetable oil or 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and a cup of juice

 

° 3 large eggs

 

° 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

 

° 1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder

 

° 4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

 

° 1 teaspoon of salt

 

° 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

 

° 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding

 

° 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

To prepare the entrees: Put 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar and milk in 1 cup of a single, resealable, wrapped plastic bag. Seal a bag and knead the mixture until well blended.

For next four days, keep to employ kneading mixture time a day. Store at room temperature. On 6 day, adding 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup of milk to the bag. Chop and knead to combine. Allow stand  overnight.

For next 3 days, massage mixture 2 a day. On 2 day, transfering mixture to a big bowl. Join 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of milk. Mix until well combined. Measure 1 cup of the mixture into each resealable plastic bag. Seal the plastic bags and give each bag of the starter mix to a friend to bake their Friendship Bread.

To make bread: oven preheated to 330 degrees. Add the oil to the bowl with the remaining starter mixture with the eggs, and there is half a cup of milk and vanilla extract left. Stir until well combined; Sit down.

 

5.

In another large bowl, combine two cups of flour, one cup of sugar, baking powder, two tablespoons of cinnamon, salt, baking soda, pudding and nuts, if desired. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir until the ingredients are combined. Divide the mixture evenly between 8 8  4 – 1 – 2 inch loaf pans.

 

6.

In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup the sugar also 2 teaspoons cinnamon; Even spray when mixing. Transfer to oven and baking for 1 hour. Let cooled for 16 min before removing pot.
