Apple Cinnamon Bread


Healthy and gently spiced Cinnamon Apple Bread is pure baked warmth in the form of a loaf. Topped with a soft coating of vanilla!

There’s no better way to enjoy apple and cinnamon than a slice of apple cinnamon bread.
– 1 apple, peeled and chopped.
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
– 1/3 cup brown sugar.
– 2/3 cup white sugar.
– 1/2 cup softened butter.
– 1/2 cup milk.
– 2 large eggs.
– 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
– 1 3/4 tsp baking powder.
– 1 tsp cinnamon powder.
Step 1_ Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. And grease butter and sprinkle flour in a loaf pan.
Step 2_ In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Step 3_ Beat white sugar and softened butter in a bowl with an electric blender until smooth and fluffy.
Step 4_ Add in eggs, one at a time,  and beat after each addition until well blended, then add vanilla extract.
Step 5_ In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder and whisk in a mixture of creamed butter. Add the milk in the butter until it is creamy. Step 6_ Transfer the half of the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Then add half of the apples and half the cinnamon mixture with brown sugar. Lightly pat the apple mixture onto the dough.
Step 7_ Pour over the rest of the batter then top with the remaining apples and more brown sugar-cinnamon combination.
Step 8_ Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. Let it cool for 12 minutes before serving.
