Very easy to make, it’s soft inside, it looks like a big apple pancake and crispy on it and I’m not talking about the edges, caramelized … too good!
° 2 apples (large)
° 2 eggs
° 120 g sugar
° 90 g of melted butter
° 70 g of flour
° 25 cl of milk
° 1 bag of vanilla sugar
° Fleur de sel
Mix 20 g of butter with 60 g of sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the egg, flour,
milk and a pinch of fleur de sel.
Peel apples, suppress the seeds & cut them into little pieces .
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C .
Add apples in preparation. We have the impression that there is not enough dough but it is normal. Pour into a dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 70 g of butter with 60 g of sugar. Add the beaten egg.
Pour this mixture over the cake and cook for 15 minutes.
