“Agh!!!! Brussel Sprouts!!”. Yes. In the interests of full disclosure, I hear this in my house too. Well, from 3 out of 6 members of my family. One of the complainants being my husband.
But the rest of us? We love them. And this is our favourite way to eat them – smothered in garlic butter and lightly fried until they turn a little golden. Hmmm mmmm Delicious.
I guess thats how it works with brussel sprouts. You either love ’em or you hate ’em. If this recipe doesn’t turn you to the brussel sprout side of the field, then I’m not sure there’s hope that you are ever going to be a raving fan.
