Butter boiled corn on the cob


Corn is very popular with all people and children, especially in winter. As it contains a high percentage of carbohydrates that provide the body with energy and make it feel warm, and although it is one of the most vegetable crops that work to gain weight quickly, it has an irresistible love and desire.


* Ingredients :


° Corn – 3 cones

° Sugar – two tablespoons

° Lemon juice – a tablespoon

° Butter, for serving – 6 tsp

° Salt – to taste

° Ground black pepper – to taste


* The method of work :


1- Fill a pot with water and put it on the stove until it boils.

2- Meanwhile, peel and wash the corn cobs.

3- Add sugar and lemon juice to the boiling water.

4- Add corn cobs, cover the pot and turn off the heat.

5- Leave the cobs in boiling water for about 10 minutes, until soft.

6- Divide each pinecone into two cousins, and suspend a wooden skewer in each cob.

7- Spread the almonds with the butter, then spread it with salt and black pepper.

8- Serve the boiled corn directly on your plate, along with the steak.
