Easy to bake cookies, my husband’s favorites. It’s important to use real butter, otherwise you will miss out on all the great taste.
* Ingredients:
° 2 c. tablespoon of butter
° 1 ½ cup chopped pecans
° 1 ½ c. tablespoon of sugar
° 1/2 cup unsalted butter
° 1/2 cup of sugar
° 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
° 1 egg
° 1 c. teaspoon vanilla extract
° 1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
° 1/2 c. baking soda
° 1/2 c. salt
* Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
In a skillet over medium heat, toast the pecans in 2 Tbsp. butter, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp. of sugar on top.
Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup sugar and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the pecans.
Fall by spoonful on baking paper. Bake 13 min . Allow cool.
