This cardiologist suggests a five-day diet: the safe way to lose 7 kg

Diet is an important part of our lifestyle. For those who suffer from excess weight, these extra kilograms pose a major health risk to you, including diabetes, gallbladder disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and many types of cancer. Therefore, eating a healthy diet relieves all of these diseases.

This diet was invented by a European cardiologist.  We advise you to buy eggs and organic fruits.

It is a very simple system. Breakfast is the same thing every day: a piece of your favorite fruit, meaning fruit except grapes and bananas.

 

+ First day:

Lunch: one orange, one cup of curd, one egg.

Dinner: 2 boiiled eggs, 2 piieces toast, half a cucuumbeer  & 2 tomatoes.

 

The second day:

Lunch: one orange, one cup of curd, and one boiled egg.

Dinner: a piece of toast, 125 g of red meat, a cup of tea or coffee without sugar, and one orange.

 

The third day:

Lunch :  cucumber,  orange also boiiled egg.

Dinner: 125 g of cooked red meat, one orange, a piece of toast, and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

 

The fourth day:

Lunch: a piece of toast, one orange and 125g of cottage cheese

Dinner: the same as the third day.

 

The fifth day:

Lunch: a piece of toast, 200 g of cooked meat or fish, and one tomato.

Dinner: 227g of cooked carrots, potatoes, and basil’s.

 

We advise you to follow this protocol for a period of five days, then take two days to rest before repeating this cycle again. Cook vegetables without salt. If you suffer from health problems, consult your doctor first.
