Unctuous as you wish, it will make you know ecstasy!

 

* Ingredients:

 

* For the cake

° 1/2 cup unsalted butter, soft

° 1 1/2 cups sugar

° 2 eggs

° 1 bottle of red food coloring

° 2 cups vanilla

° 2 1/2 cups flour, sifted

° 1 c. cocoa

° 1 cup buttermilk

° 2 c. vinegar

° 1 1/2 c. baking soda

 

* For the icing

° 4/5 cup cream cheese

° 4/5 cup, 1 small spoon mascarpone cheese

° 2 cups icing sugar

° 1/2 cup vanilla

 

* Preparation:

 

* For the cake

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Butter and flour two 22 cm (9 inch) diameter cake pans. Reserve.

Whisk butter / sugar wuth electric mixer . Add the eggs and blend well.

Add food coloring also vanilla . blend well. Stir in the flour & cocoa, alternating with the buttermilk.

In another bowl, combine the vinegar and baking soda, then leave to act for a few seconds. Add to the preparation.

Mix until smooth, no more. Slice the preparation among the 2  molds .

Put in oven & bake for 36 min  .

Take out of the oven to cool for 6 min , And  unmold.

Let cool Totally .

 

* For the icing

With an electric mixer, whisk all the ingredients for 4 minutes

Employ a serrated knife, even out the two cakes by removing the cap.

Spread a thick, even layer of frosting on top of one of the cakes.

Place the second cake on top. Frost the entire cake with the remaining frosting.
