Corn Casserole

Crock Pot Corn Casserole is a classic side dish made with corn, a mixture of cornbread, sour cream, butter and cheddar cheese.


* Ingredients:


° 2 eggs, lightly beaten

° 2 cans of 15 ounces of creamed corn

° 2 cans of 15 ounces whole sweet corn, drained

° 2 cans (8.5 ounces) corn muffin mix

° 1 cup sour cream

° 8 tablespoons of melted butter

° 1/4 small spoon seasoned salt

° 1/4 small spoon crushed red pepper flakes

° 1 cup grated cheddar cheese


* Preparation:


In a large bowl, combine eggs and creamed corn until blended.

Add the rest ingredients and combine well.

Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker. Cover & cook on raised for 3 h .
