– 700g of beef stew meat, cubed
– 2 cups of beef broth
– 2 large of cubed potatoes
– 3 carrots, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
– 1 cup of fresh green beans
– 4 cups of water
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, heat oil and stir in beef and flour until browned.
