Dutch apple bread recipe

This beautiful and delicious bread is classic, healthy and fat- free . It is nutritious and easy to prepare

* Ingredients :

☞ 3 tablespoons of butter
☞ 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
☞ 2 eggs
☞ 1 teaspoon of vanilla
☞ A cup of flour
☞ 1 teaspoon of baking soda
☞ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
☞ A cup of buttermilk
☞ A bowl with a capacity of
☞ 1/4 liter a chopped peeled apple
☞ A cup of walnuts, finely chopped
☞ 2 tablespoons of cassona
☞ 3 / 4-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

* Instructions :

1 – Mix the flour, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon well.
2 – Grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
3 – In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
4 – Beat the eggs and vanilla.
5 – Mix the flour, the baking soda and the salt and incorporate the cream mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
Stir in the apples and nuts.
6 – Pour into the prepared mold and sprinkle evenly over the bread.
7 – Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted into the bread comes out clean.
8 – Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes before allowing it to cool completely on a rack.
* GARNISH
9 – Combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon well.
10 – Cut the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
