Here is a fruit salad that will make a change from the classic recipe. Very tasty, it also has a very pleasant creamy consistency.
1 – 5 cups seedless green grapes and 5 cups seedless red grapes, halved
2 – 2 cups of fresh pineapple bites
3 – 1/2 cup flaked almonds, toasted
4 – 125 g Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
5 – 1/2 cup sour cream
6 – 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Combine fruit and almonds in a large bowl.
Heat cream cheese in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds or until softened; beat with whisk until creamy. Add sour cream and brown sugar; mix well.
Add cream cheese blending to fruit blend; combine softly .
