Hashbrowns serve themselves at ‘breakfast’ with eggs and bacon ! It’s a delight  . For a little ‘British’ touch, don’t forget the white beans in tomato sauce ! Depending on the restaurant, the potatoes will be cut differently . Some simply cut them into cubes, but I prefer the thin strips, which also have the advantage of cooking faster!

 

* Ingredients

 

° 3 potatoes

° Sunflower oil

° Pepper

° Salt

° 1 medium onion (optional)

 

* Preparation:

 

Peel potatoes. Cut them into slices less than 1 cm thick, then cut these slices into thin strips. The strips should look like mini fries!

Rinse these strips under cold water, drain them well.

Hotness oil in a nonstick pan. Sauté the onion cut into thin slices if desired. Add the sliced ​​potatoes and cook them until they brown well. Brown them more or less to taste !
