Ham and Cheese Sliders are such a simple recipe, but they’re great for a quick lunch or snack. I’m always on the lookout for EASY and delicious food, and I’ve found a new favorite! These Swiss baked sliders and hams were made in under 20 minutes and are surprisingly satisfying. These Hawaiian Casters are a great family meal!
* Ingredients:
° 9 9 Sweet Hawaiian muffins
° 9 9 slices of ham
° 9 9 slices Swiss cheese
° 1/4 cup honey
° 1/4 cup good Dijon mustard
° 1/4 cup poppy seed dressing
* Instructions :
preheat the oven to 350 F
In another bowl, combine the Dijon and honey and stir until smooth
place the bottom of 9 rolls in a lightly watered baking sheet
brush each roll with Dijon honey
top each with a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese
brush the inside of each top half of the roll with more Dijon honey and place it on each sandwich
Carefully brush the outside of each top with poppy seed dressing.
Cover with foil and bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted
broil for 4 minutes or until buns are lightly browned / crispy (watch carefully, every oven is different and it’s SO easy to burn things on the grill!)
serve immediately
enjoy!
ENJOY !!
