Apples flavored with cinnamon and wrapped in batter before baking in a sweet syrup
* Ingredients for 4 persons
° 4 small apples such as reinettes or api apples.
° 1 dough (puff or broken)
° brown sugar
° 1 egg yolk
1- Peel the apples. Cut the spread dough into 4 and place an apple on each piece. Sprinkle the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, fold the dough over the apples and seal the edges. Brown the top with the egg yolk and sprinkle again with brown sugar.
2- Bake 40-45 minutes.
