Mmmm, this delicious dish is rich in vitamins !! Today we will show you how to prepare the best local KFC coleslaw salad which I think is better than the ones in restaurants !! All you need are a few ingredients to cook some delicious KFC Coleslaw for everyone in the family, and I promise it will be the only kind of coleslaw I’ll eat!

 

 

* You will need:

 

° Carrots: 2

 

° Red Cabbage: Medium head (cabbage is also good)

 

° Yogurt: 2 tablespoons

 

° Sugar: 2 tablespoons

 

° Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons

 

° White vinegar: 1 tablespoon

 

° Onion: 1 small (grated)

 

° Salt and black pepper

 

* Preparation :

 

 

  1. You’ll need to adding yogurt /sugar /white vinegar, & mayonnaise with salt and pepper in a small bowl. Next that, mixing ingredients well & let the mixture in refrigerator for about 61 min to blend the taste of the ingredients.

 

 

 

  1. Make sure to wash the cabbage and soak it a little in water and vinegar. Linw and cutting to long, thin tranches .

 

 

 

  1. After that, you need to wash the carrots well, peel them with a knife, and then grate them into thin slices with a grater.

 

 

 

  1. Then you will get a large bowl and put it in the grated carrots, then the chopped cabbage, stirring well.

 

 

 

  1. Time done, taking marinade out of fridge. You can then adding it to lettuce and carrots and mix the ingredients well.

 

 

 

  1. Finally, refrigerate the salad for about 3 hours. After 3 hours, you can put it on a serving plate.

 

 

# Kentucky Diet Cole Slaw:

 

* You will need:

 

° Green Cabbage: 1 (red cabbage is also good)

 

° Skimmed yogurt: 1 cup

 

° Lemon juice

 

° Light mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons

 

° Diet sugar: 1 teaspoon

 

 

* Preparation :

 

 

  1. First, you will get a small bowl and put the liquid ingredients, such as yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice with sugar. Once done, mix them well until the sugar is completely dissolved. The mixture should be immediately placed in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

 

 

 

  1. Make sure to wash the cabbage well with water and vinegar. You can then filter it and cut it into long, thin slices and place it in a large bowl.

 

 

 

  1. Okay now, you need to get the marinade out of the refrigerator. You’ll want to add it to chopped cabbage. Please stir the mixture together until the seasonings are completely mixed with the cabbage.

 

 

 

  1. Finally, refrigerate the cabbage salad for about 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, you can put it on a serving plate.
