A quick-to-make lemon tart, with a crunchy and caramelized cookie base.

 

* Ingredients :

 

° 3/4 cup lemon juice

° 1 Pie Crust

° 2 cans (13 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

 

* Preparation :

 

Pour 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl

Add Lemon Juice & Stir

Pour into the Pie Crust and refrigerate for a two hours

Whipped cream for Decorate
