* Ingredients:

 

° 450 g of flour

° 250 g of butter

° 80 g caster sugar

° 14 cl of cold water

° 1 pinch of salt

 

* Preparation:

Pour the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Add the cold diced butter. Knead with your fingertips until you get a sand texture.
