° 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
° Lowry’s Seasoning Salt
° 7 bacon slices
° 1/4 cup regular mustard
° 1/3 cup honey
° 2 large spoon Mayonnaise
° 2 large spoon onion
° 1 cup slice fresh mushroom
° 2 cup crushed ColbyJack cheese
One, Spread & rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt . Covering and refrigerate for 31 min .
When the chicken is in the refrigerator, cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside.
Sauté chicken in the bacon grease for 6 min per side. Put chicken in a 9 13 casserole pan.
To do Honey Mustard: In a little bowl, combine the mustard/ honey/mayonnaise & curt onion fleece .
Drizzle few of the Honey Mustard over every morsel of chicken, and layer with mushrooms/ crushed bacon/ grate cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven for 31 min
Serve with the gawk on Honey Mustard Sauce that you made.
