Sock It To Me Cake with an excellent streusel filling is a wonderful Southern butter cake that makes this one of the most incredible tasting bundt cake recipes of all time. This is actually one of the easiest cake recipes to use for Easter cakes, events of the church, and other unique get-togethers.
You’ll need:
_A box of {Yellow Butter CakeMix}.
_3/4 C.Of of canola oil.
_1/2 C.Of granulated sugar.
_A container of Sour Cream-softened.
_4 large-eggs.
TO MAKE THE FILLING:
_1/2 C.Of chopped Pecans
_3 TBSP.Of light-Brown Sugar
_2 TSP.Of Cinnamon powder.
TO MAKE THE ICING:
_1 heaping-cup of Powdered Sugar.
_2 TBSP.Of melted butter.
_2 TBSP.Of milk.
_1 TSP.Of vanilla.

DIRECTIONS:
_STEP 1_In the big tub, put the cake mix with sugar pour canola oil in a well that you’ll make.
_STEP 2_Add in the sour cream and gently mix.
_STEP 3_Add the large four eggs, one by one, and beat after each addition.
_STEP 4_Spray a pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
Onto the pan, add half of the batter.
_STEP 5_In a small bowl, combine the pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
_STEP 6_Spread the combination over the batter.
_STEP 7_Pour the remaining batter over the top of the mixture of cinnamon, chopped pecans, and sugar,
_STEP 8_Put in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
_STEP 9_Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. Flip it out and let it cool on a cake plate.
_STEP 10_Combine all the icing ingredients in a bowl, and drizzle over the cooled cake.
