– 3 Cups.Of plain flour.
– 2 Whole eggs.
– 2 Cups.Of regular sugar.
– 1+1/2 tsp.Of sea salt.
– 1 Cups.Of chilled butter.
– 2 tbsp.Of lemon juice.
– 1 tbsp.Of lemon zest.
– 1 tsp.Of baking powder.
– 1 tsp.Of vanilla extract.
– 1/2 tsp.Of baking soda.
– Some drops of a yellow food-coloring.
-1- Beat the butter and sugar in a big bowl for 2 minutes or more until it becomes as thick as milk, then add two eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest with the juice.
-2- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the yellow coloring, and blend well then turn the mixture into little cookies.
-3- Bake the bits for 15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.
-4- Take them out of the oven, leave them to cool off and you can sprinkle them with coarse sugar for serving.
