Korean pork ribs


 














*ingredients


3 pounds of country style pork ribs


1/2 cup coconut aminos


1/4 cup sesame oil


2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar


1 tablespoon of hot garlic sauce


1 tablespoon of the sweetener of choice that you used xylitol


1/2 tablespoon ground ginger


8 garlic cloves, cut into slices


6 sliced onions

Placing ribs in a crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the meat and cook over high heat for 6-8 hours if the meat is frozen. If thawed, cook over low heat for the same amount of time. We were served with kimchi and sesame herb noodles.
