Apple Pie Biscuits



Introduction
These Apple Pie Biscuits are the perfect shortcut dessert—flaky buttermilk biscuits filled with warm, cinnamon-spiced apple pie filling and topped with a buttery, caramelized glaze. 🍏✨ They taste like mini apple pies but with a soft, pillowy texture and come together in just minutes! Ingredients
1 can of buttermilk biscuits (8-count, refrigerated)
1 can of apple pie filling 🍏
½ cup melted butter 🧈
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
For the Glaze (Optional but SO Good!):
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Chop the Apple Pie Filling:
Pour the apple pie filling into a bowl and chop the apples into smaller pieces to make them easier to fit inside the biscuits.
3. Flatten & Fill the Biscuits:
Separate the biscuits and place them on a lightly floured surface.
Using your fingers or a rolling pin, flatten each biscuit slightly.
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto the center of each biscuit.
