Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. Make the Batter
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Fold in dry ingredients, then stir in apples.
3. Layer & Swirl
Pour half the batter into the pan.
