Ingredients

For the Biscuits:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1/2 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)

For the Au Jus:

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (or your favorite beef broth base)
  • 2 cups water (or as directed on the packet)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Assemble the Biscuits

  1. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each one slightly to create space for the filling.
  2. Place a slice or two of roast beef and a sprinkle of cheese onto one half of each biscuit.
